1.1 Order Processing:
- Orders are typically processed within 7-15 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after payment confirmation. For quick deliveries, please contact us through whatsapp.
- Custom or made-to-order items may require additional time. Estimated timelines will be communicated by our team.
1.2 Order Confirmation:
- You will receive an email confirmation with your order details once your order has been successfully placed.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time
We partner with trusted courier services to ensure timely delivery.
2.1 Domestic Shipping:
- Andhra Pradesh (AP) and Telangana (TG): Estimated delivery time is 3-4 days once dispatched.
- Southern India (except AP and TG): Estimated delivery time is 4 to 7 days once dispatched.
- Rest of India: Estimated delivery time is 4 to 8 days once dispatched.
2.2 International Shipping:
- Estimated delivery time: 5-10 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination.
- Our team will provide the Shipping charges once product are packed for out of india deliveries. US shipping rates are provided here. For other country shipping rates, please contact us. These charges will vary every month. Shipping charges will be calculated as per the rates present on the day of shipment.
2.3 Delays:
- Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs processing, or courier delays.
3. Shipping Charges
- Domestic Shipping (All India): Free shipping available if delivery available with my courier partners Delhivery or Bluedart. For any non-deliverable locations, additional charges may apply which team will contact.
- International Shipping: Charges will vary as per the courier partner’s rates and destination. Contact us for more details.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/Whatsapp. Use this number to track your shipment on the courier’s website. If you have trouble tracking your order, please contact us at support@uditaaccessories.com
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders:
- Import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
- These charges vary by country and are not included in our shipping costs. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
6. Delivery Issues
6.1 Incorrect Address:
- Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Udita Accessories is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
6.2 Lost or Damaged Packages:
- If your order is lost, please notify us immediately at +91 9494435848. We will assist you in filing a claim with the courier service.
If your package is damaged, package opening video is mandatory for any refund or replacement.
6.3 Unclaimed Packages:
- If a package is returned to us due to being unclaimed, reshipping charges may apply.
7. Changes or Cancellations
Once order is placed, no cancellation is allowed.
